How do I ensuring all Users in an Org are Backed Up?

    We aim to provide our clients with a full and complete backup of all the data, metadata, attachments, content documents & knowledge base articles.

    We leverage the Salesforce API, therefore, in order to achieve this goal, make sure that the Authenticated User** is assigned the following, required permissions:

    • The "Modify All Data" permission
    • A license for any installed package that requires a license to access its data
    • At least Read Access to all Standard & Custom fields (can be configured from the Field Level Security page)
    • If you use the Salesforce Knowledge Base module (KB Articles), the Authenticated User must be a Knowledge User

    **Authenticated User = The user that connects our application to the client's Salesforce org.
