Export of attachments to S3 and Azure Blob is only supported for Salesforce services. Dynamics and ServiceNow services can only export table data, not attachment information. This applies to Manual Exports and Scheduled Exports.
All the data files are ZIPPED and uploaded to AWS S3 / Azure Blob. Tables are created and records are inserted into MySQL and Snowflake.
The following tables present the limitations to exporting data and attachments to an SQL database, according to endpoint type (AWS S3, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, and MySQL).
Export of attachments is only supported when downloading as a ZIP file, or when exporting to AWS S3 or Azure Blob. SQL export formats (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle), or SQL endpoints (MySQL / Snowflake) do not support export of attachments.
