Records Lens Is Not Working with Clickjack Protection

    This article covers troubleshooting steps for when the Records lens fails to work properly. Perform the following:

    1. Navigate to the Salesforce Settings page.
    2. Using the search bar, search for "Session Settings".
    3. Under the "Trusted Domains for Inline Frames" section, select Add Domain.
    4. For Domain, enter ".force.com". Ensure the IFrame Type is set to Visualforce Pages. Select Save to add the trusted domain.
    5. Locate the "Clickjack Protection" section and click the checkbox for both "Enable clickjack protection for customer Visualforce pages with standard headers" and "Enable clickjack protection for customer Visualforce pages with headers disabled".
    6. Scroll to the bottom of the Session Settings page and select Save to confirm the updated settings.
