FedRAMP Onboarding Preparations

    The following article outlines required preparations for onboarding and what the customer can expect during the onboarding process.

     

    Preparing for the First Onboarding Call​

    Before the first call with Own's customer support team, the following preparations must be made:

    • Ensure all necessary approvals for configuring Single Sign On (SSO) or OAuth have been provided.
    • The user responsible for configuring Single Sign On or OAuth must attend the first onboarding call. If this user cannot attend, all necessary parameters required to configure Single Sign On or OAuth must be provided.

     

    ​The Objective of the First Onboarding Call​

    During the first onboarding call, customers should expect to accomplish the following:

    • Create an account with Own.
    • Enable Single Sign On (SSO) or OAuth for login.
    • Add and configure services for the account.
